Sourced directly from the Haraz mountains of Yemen, these single-origin beans carry centuries of tradition in every cup. Sun-dried on rooftops using ancient methods, they deliver a rich, wine-like body with distinct notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and a lingering spice finish. Our Haraazi beans are hand-selected from small family farms at elevations above 2,000 meters, where volcanic soil and misty mountain air create a flavor profile found nowhere else on earth. Each batch is micro-roasted in Berkeley to preserve the delicate aromatics that make Yemeni coffee legendary.
