Grown in the ancient terraces of Bani Matar, west of Sanaa, these legendary beans produce a cup unlike anything in the world. With deep earthy tones, a rich chocolatey body, and whispers of red wine on the finish, Matari coffee has been prized by connoisseurs for over 500 years. Each bag is sourced from heritage farms where coffee grows under the shade of qat trees at altitudes above 2,200 meters. Naturally processed and air-dried to preserve every nuance of flavor.
